LAS VEGAS, NV. – (Jan. 6, 2026) – Yazaki Innovations, Inc. (YII) announced it has renewed its technical collaboration and sponsorship of Andretti Global’s INDYCAR team, which includes an associate sponsorship on the No. 27 Honda driven by Kyle Kirkwood and the No. 28 Honda driven by Marcus Ericsson for the 2026 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season. Both cars will race with the company’s PreFab Home Wiring™ powered by YII product brand on the front wings.
Yazaki Innovations made its racing debut in 2024 at the 108th running of the Indianapolis 500 with Andretti Global and will continue for a third consecutive year as partners throughout the entire 2026 INDYCAR season.

To celebrate the extension of the partnership, the No. 27 PreFab Home Wiring Honda that Kirkwood won last season’s Long Beach Grand Prix with will be on display at the Yazaki Innovations booth at CES in Las Vegas, January 6-9, 2026.
In 2026, both Yazaki Innovations and Andretti Global will explore “Race-to-Road” technologies that will be tested in extreme race environments. Not only will these developments help Andretti Global’s INDYCAR race cars perform on the track, but they will also enhance Yazaki’s product portfolio to be ahead of its competition on the road.
